The 28-year-old and his partner choreographer Marischa took home the winner’s trophy and Rs. 25 lakhs each at Tuesday night’s finale on Sony, beating TV actor Sushant Singh Rajput and item-girl Yana Gupta.
Sushant Singh Rajput, won the Most Spotless Performance Jodi award and walked away with an amount of rupees five lakhs.
Ok…for some or other reason I was not at all interested in this year’s Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, but I was thrilled to see Madhuri Dixit as one of the judge. She is still the same graceful and dignified lady that she’s always been. I only saw the first episode and that’s it!
Now that it’s the finale night next week, spoilers have started doing rounds about the winner of the show. There are rumours that Meiyang Chang might be the winner.
If the buzz is to be believed, the winner of season 4 of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa has already been decided. And this even before the grand finale episode is shot. The lucky name is… no not Sushant Singh Rajput… but Meiyang Chang.
Everyone’s expecting Sushant Singh Rajput to win the title considering he has scored a perfect 30 almost every week throughout? But we know reality shows always end with twist and heartbreaks. So Sushant wining the title will be a very predictable one, Chang winning over Sushant might just be that big twist. Sounds like girls are already out of the race….bad show!
Sushant Singh Rajput and Yana Gupta might have a higher edge over other participants but clearly they are natural dancers. Meiyang Chang and Mahi Vij are the ones who started as non-dancers but have worked and shown immense improvement in their dancing prowess. Chang is better of the two and there are chances that the channel might pick him as the winner which goes in sync with the theme of their show as well.
Not a long wait, just few more days and we’ll know how real are these reality shows?
