Celina Jaitley has always supported Gay community and has also said that her first love or crush was a gay. To extend her support she will be hosting a gay film festival called “Kashishâ€.
At a press conference in Mumbai recently, she spoke about the need for awareness and acceptance, saying, “We are all human beings.†The festival, to be held in Mumbai, will feature more than 100 gay, lesbian, and transsexual-themed films from 25 countries. Celina was accompanied by Adeem Ahir, a jury member at the festival.
She was also the chief guest at the re-launch of India’s first Gay magazine Bombay Dost, India’s first registered Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender (LGBT) magazine.
