Marriage Is….Love?
July 2nd, 2007
Marriages are made in heaven….that’s why it is a relation with a blend of Love, Commitment, Assurance, Understanding and Trust for each-other. If people call it a sacrifice then it’s not a marriage, b’cox you can any time put yourself out of the misery of being in a sacrifice relationship. I feel very angry and sad when hear about divorce and break-ups after 20 or 25 years of living together or being married and having kids. I mean if you know you are not made for each-other or can’t face each other why live that long together just for the sake of marriage and in the name of sacrifice. This new ugly and stupid trend set by Bollywood (Aamir Khan, Saif ...

Aamir Khan’s jeans and a patch
June 22nd, 2007
Actually I would have said “why Aamir Khan is wearing this or what is wrong with him, where is his dressing sense gone and bla-blaâ€. But I will not say all this b’cox: 1. He is looking so cute and chweet (that smile).2. He is my favourite, so for him “sab kuch maaf haiâ€. If you look at the picture, you will notice that after sometime of being bold with the patch in front of the media and cameras, he must have got embarrassed and tried to hide the patch with his hands. Such a chweet gesture…. I remember this fashion back in 80’s. My younger brother had jeans with bottom of the jeans supporting a patch. Which I never ...

Ekta kapoor in “Nip Tucks”
June 9th, 2007
Blimey! I am Gobsmacked, just kept looking at the picture. Go on you can also take a very close look… its no morphing… its real Ekta Kapoor flaunting her assets. Everything is intact, I mean tilak, boobs and black colour dress, but where’s the bloody bra? Is she trying to be Janet Jackson or just age taking over her? I wonder who will play the role of Justin Timberlake to pop out those sexy “nip tucksâ€. May be Mukesh Ambani (her confession on KWK). Can somebody please remind her she is in India? Is she really sooooooo desperate? Any suggestions!! Sunita Menon.
Tips for looking trendy in Monsoon
June 6th, 2007
Forget leather or boring plastic for the season, both bags and shoes. Opt for rainproof plastic bags that are available in funky colours. If you think rainy shoes available in the Indian market lack style, opt for all-weather styles that are available at brands like Woodlands. Go for long-lasting lipsticks, instead of lip glosses. There are options available in the market, and go by the name non-transferable or colour stay lipsticks. Lock away your jeans, since denim is not a rain-friendly fabric. It gets terribly heavy when wet, and takes ages to dry. Opt for light cottons. Capris and cut offs are better than full length trousers. Wash your hair every alternate day, since it tends to get sticky and limp when ...
